Our Story
Ray's Son Services has been servicing the auto repair needs of Big Bend and surrounding Wisconsin areas since 2010. Owner and founder Scott Raymond Buss grew up involved at his father’s auto repair shop and fell in love with the work. By opening his own location, Scott is now able to offer effective solutions and excellent repairs for his community members, and his team has the knowledge and experience to handle any job thrown their way.
We are a dynamic organization driven by motivated and experienced employees, specializing in general maintenance, engine repair, electrical diagnostics, brakes, and various other essential components. Called Scott to take a look at our truck. He was upfront and to my surprise even gave me some ideas of what it could be if I wanted to try to check into (we had but to no avail) before dropping off the truck, Dropped it off and the very next day it was ready, will definitely go back if needed with any other vehicles, great communication and service, he even took care of a couple other things with our wiring that he happened to notice, he went above and beyond!
